Israel grew up in Hampton Bays and knows the pulse of beach-town business firsthand. He is a student at Bentley University pursuing a double major in Business Management and History, along with an MBA in Business Management. With hands-on consulting experience, he understands how to help small businesses identify opportunities, strengthen their competitive edge, and grow sustainably. After seeing so many local businesses struggle to adapt during the summer season, Israel knew there had to be a better way to support them with real, actionable guidance. He cares deeply about his community and created Ocean Avenue Consulting to support the betterment of local businesses and the people behind them.

Adrian Santamaria

Adrian is a Computer Science student at the University at Albany and a fellow Hampton Bays local. With strong experience in software development, web design, and data analysis, he brings the technical foundation that helps businesses modernize and run more efficiently. Adrian’s passion for coding began with building tools to help family and friends organize their businesses, and he now brings that same energy to every project. From building custom tools to streamlining digital processes, he uses coding to solve problems and create impact. Adrian is driven by a commitment to the betterment of people, using technology to help small business owners gain clarity, confidence, and control in their day-to-day operations.
